Great Stay!
This is a great property, and we received a great cost for Monterey. The help was most helpful & the grounds were pretty! Well situated if you like to take short walks to the Wharf and Cannery Row, we did both. Great trail nearby to walk & it is gorgeous. It was great to return after to a fabulous room, wood/spanish tile floors, great fireplace & sitting area, really liked it! GREAT beds! Charged for ethernet net, a bummer, & a bit noisy from the street/airport in addition not so bad a deterent. Would stay here again!
Nice hotel
This is a nice property. We stayed for one night. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast meal was fresh. Overall we had a great time there. We didn't book streetside instead we booked off-street room, and the noise level was fine. The only complaint I'd have is that the toilet wasn't completely spotless. Otherwise, everything's perfect. anyways, I'd recommend it to others and would like to go back there again.
Great Deal!
the property is located right in the historic area of the city and convenient. We were quite happy with the hotel room which came with a comfy bed and sitting hotel room with a fireplace. One thing to mention, though. The night we arrived, we were greeted by a unpleasant male receptionist who almost ruined our stay. All other employees we met were quite friendly so guess that was just our luck. Over all the property was beyond expectation and we plan to stay with them when we are in town.
Great for the Price
hotel room was great with a small fireplace in addition the noise from the street was loud during the day. Was not big issue since we were out sightseeing
Hotel Pacific
Service was not good. Rooms were not available when we got there. Lighting in hotel room dim. Looks like it was not spotless. won't stay at this property again. We went to San Francisco after this stay.

It's a roof over your head - Rude reception, air was "fixed" 2x and still didn't work so had to leave window open, city noise when bars close. For Monterey exp. stay near ocean. For loud hotel and lots of drivng stay here. . . .
